BRAND MARKETING & MOVEMENT
Rachael is the co-founder of Sun & Sol Co., a senior-led digital marketing agency for premium pour and pantry brands. She and Mackenzie Perna started S&S in 2022 on a simple belief: the strongest brands earn their audience. Not by chasing reach, but by showing up consistently for the people they're for. Together, they oversee a senior team running paid, lifecycle, organic social, and creative for a roster of spirits, food, and beverage brands they shop themselves.
Before Sun & Sol, Rachael spent over a decade in-house at culture-shaping brands. At Red Bull Media House (Red Bull Docs), she ran the global grassroots campaigns for The Dawn Wall and The Fourth Phase, films that opened new territory for the brand, including partnerships with Patagonia, Netflix, HBO, and more. At Alo, she supported the launch of #AloMovesYou, the brand's #1 tentpole campaign and its move into wellness and subscription. She also led digital strategy for Stokehouse Brands (Vissla, Sisstrevolution, Amuse Society), partnering with endemic surf media and organizations including The Surfer's Journal, Surfline, Stab, Surfrider, and Surfers Against Sewage. The thread through all of it: brands that build culture and invest in their communities.
Rachael is a mindful movement facilitator and brings the principles of her practice into her work. Her love for the ocean keeps her dedicated to environmental impact. Outside of work, you can find her at the nearest lefthand point break, teaching a morning yoga flow, taking film photos, or chasing sustainability projects.
