Objective: To increase user engagement on local @redbullTPA Twitter handle by partnering with Red Bull MLB athlete and Tampa native, Evan Longoria.
Execution: A golden baseball would be hidden in a location relevant to Tampa Bay baseball. On 10 selected game days during the 2014 season, Evan tweeted the first clue of the hunt, which was followed by a clue from @redbullTPA. The first person to arrive at the location won the golden baseball and two free game tickets.
Result: (5/13-9/21) - Gained 764 followers, 6.919M potential impressions, and had enough success to bring back a #LongoLootContest 2.0 in 2015.
